Can I choose a Birth Announcement design for my child’s Birthday invitation?
Of course you can…our designs are not set in concrete!
Wording and colour changes can be made to any of our designs at no extra cost. I want you to be completely happy with the result so if you prefer purple to pink that’s no problem!
Any design you see on this website can also be used for any occasion.
How many photos should I send?
…as many as you can! This provides us with more flexibility to create your design. Simply send them separately in an email to us – please do not resize or change the original files at all.
Can you make my photos Black & White?
Yes, most photos can be altered to Black & White or Sepia. In some cases, depending on areas of lightness, a photo loses some of its quality and energy in conversion. If this is the case I will let you know.
What retouching is included?
We will always colour correct your photo’s and remove any major blemishes and red eye. If you have any other specific requests please just let us know when you place your order or via email, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Why am I being charged postage for a “Print your Own” card?
In Checkout, please use Promotion Code FREEPOST, and ensure you click on the UPDATE button on the right. This will remove the cost of postage on your order.
What happens at proof stage?
The proof stage is the time when any corrections to your card must be made. For example, spelling mistakes, colour changes, or anything else you may wish to change. It is your responsibility to check names, addresses etc. are all spelt correctly prior to your card going to print. Once you have approved your proof and the design goes to print, no further changes can be made. For further information please click on the Payment and Delivery link at the top of the page.
Can I make changes to my card or invitation?
Of course. I welcome your ideas and want you to be happy. Included in the price is up to 3 rounds of changes per design, though this is rarely, if ever, necessary. More than 3 changes are also allowed at an additional $10 per proof.
What are the Magnetic Strips?
Most people love to pop cards and invitations on their fridge as reminders of your special occasion. We place a magnetic strip on the back of your card for you, so there is no extra work for you involved, and they look awesome.
What kind of envelopes are provided with my order?
High quality white envelopes are complimentary with every customer order.
Can I have an electronic version to email to people?
Yes, I provide every customer with a final low resolution version of their card or invitation once their order is printed, however please don’t try to print your email version as it is not printable quality.
How do I go about ordering a Gift Certificate for a friend?
Just send me a quick email (nicole@littleripple.com.au) with your request and I will respond within 24 hours with all necessary information.
Why do my cards look a different colour?
Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor to the printed product. This can be the result of different monitor settings, brands, resolutions, as well as printing on different stock and whether your card is printed matte or gloss. Colour variations are generally very minimal if at all.
