As it can sometimes be a little daunting to order something over the internet, below are some clear instructions on how to order, payment options, and information on the design and proofing process. I hope this helps!
Step 1.
Choose Your Favourite Design
This is the fun part! Make sure you look at all our card and invitation galleries before choosing the design that’s perfect for you. All designs will be customised to suit your special occasion, eg. a Baptism invitation design can be used for a Birth Announcement card!
Once you click on an image it will be enlarged for you, and below that you will need to choose the quantity of cards you would like, and include any add-ons (such as a magnet) to your cards.
Step 2.
Checkout
Once you click Add To Cart, you will find Checkout on the right hand side of your screen. Here you will see the total price (including postage) of your order. If you have any difficulties, or if you prefer to speak with me via phone or email please contact me anytime and you can always place your order with me directly.
Please use any Promotion Codes here to receive your discounts. If you are ordering a PRINT YOUR OWN card, please use Promotion Code FREEPOST and click on the UPDATE button.
You will now need to provide the information necessary for us to process your order, including your name and postal details. If you have any other special requirements please include them in the ‘Other Instructions’ area. For example, if you love the design but would prefer it in pink rather than blue! Or if you would like to add a poem or verse to your card or invitation.
Step 3.
Payment
Select your preferred payment method. Little Ripple accepts payment via:
* Paypal
* Direct bank deposit
* Cheque
* Money Order
If you choose Paypal you will be re-directed to Paypal’s secure website where you will be required to log in to complete the transaction. If you choose Direct Deposit, you will be provided with bank details for your payment.
Or for cheque and money order payments, please contact me first to arrange as your payment will need to clear prior to work commencing on your card.
Step 4.
Send Us Your Photo/s
It is a great idea to send as many photo’s as you can. They will need to be quite high resolution – if you are unsure of the quality of your photo/s please just email me at nicole@littleripple.com.au and I will help you through it.
Step 5.
Proofing and Printing
Once I have received your order, photo/s and payment, I will be in touch by email or telephone to confirm and to personally introduce myself….there is nothing like dealing with people one on one!
PHOTO CARDS AND INVITATIONS
You can expect to receive your first proof within 48 hours!
Following that, the proofing process and timings depend mainly on the customer and their needs – I am happy to provide you with two versions of your card and will normally do so anyway. Any editing from my end will always be done within 24 hours unless advised prior. Up to 3 rounds of proofs is allowed, however any more will incur a $10 fee per proof.
Once you have approved your design, please allow up to 12 business days for delivery.
If your order is very urgent, please contact us first to ensure we are able to design your card or invitation within your timeframe.

Due to the personalised, customised nature of my Luxury Baby handmade cards, I will always contact you personally to discuss your requirements and a timeframe. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks from the time of your order, to the safe soft delivery of your cards to your door!
