Postage & Delivery
Australia Wide – Your cards or invitations will be sent Registered Post via Australia Post (unless otherwise requested). Please allow up to 10 working days from proof approval stage to receive your cards. Registered Post includes insurance of up to $100. If Express Post is preferred, insurance is not included.
International – Little Ripple Designs will happily accept orders from anywhere in the world, however please contact us prior to ordering for a postage quote.
Little Ripple Designs will do everything possible to ensure your cards arrive in perfect condition however we will not be responsible for delays, damage or lost goods caused by third parties. If anything does happen to your cards please contact us.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates must be used within 12 months or purchase. They are not redeemable for cash and any change will be given in the form of another certificate (no cash). Gift certificates are fully transferrable however written authority from the original recipient is required.
Photography Disclaimer
Little Ripple Designs is committed to protecting photographers’ copyrights. You hereby agree that you own the right to or have permission to use any image submitted to us. Little Ripple Designs will not be liable for any copyright infringement for photos forwarded to us.
Our Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars (GST inclusive) and are subject to change without notification.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is to be made in full prior to design work commencing. Paypal/Credit Card and Direct Deposit are accepted forms of payment. Once payment has been processed our design work will commence, and no refunds will be allowed from this point.
Proofing Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to approve ALL design elements, including copy. We recommend customers have another person check spelling, grammar, photos, and layout as well. Absolutely no changes can be made to a design once a customer has approved it without incurring a fee – if a customer does require any changes after they have approved their proof, they will need to contact us for a quote.
Proofs will be supplied as low resolution watermarked images. Proofs are not print quality. 3 proofs per design are allowed. A fee will be charged for any additional proofs required with cost per additional proof at our discretion.
Colour Variations of Printed Product
Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor to the printed product. This can be the result of different monitor settings, brands, resolutions, and printing on different stock in matte or gloss.

All images and content contained within this site are wholly and exclusively owned by Little Ripple Designs and are not to be copied, reproduced in any way without express written permission of the owner. Any breach of copyright will be thoroughly pursued by Little Ripple Designs. Little Ripple Designs reserves the right to place a discreet label and copyright symbol to each of our printed designs.
